You may also download the latest E-News by clicking the link below: MISSION TRIPS: Our mission trip to Alaska will take place June 18 – 29 in Soldotna, AK in the Kenai Peninsula. Our main objective will be in helping First Baptist Church in Soldotna with their VBS. The trip is now booked and full and we have close to 20 participants that will be going. We have a wide array of ages that will be going and a great need for help assisting in the financial end of this trip. If we are a church that firmly believes that we are called to get the gospel out (BEING OBEDIENT TO JESUS) and that we are to be a mission minded church then we also need to send a message to our very own church family members that we support them through more than just prayer. We will have such an opportunity on October 28th and May 18th.Our trip to Brazil is still open if you are interested in seeing what God is doing in South American and through one of our very own missionaries that we support in Kenneth Cates. We will be traveling to see the churches he started up as well as John Hawkins’ Bible Institute that has trained some of the pastors of Kenneth Cates’ churches. Our trip dates are August 15 – August 22. If you want to experience God’s transformation at a level in your life you currently haven’t then you need to go on a mission’s trip. Nothing will change you like a missions trip.
